Wedding Day Bridal Assistant
 $100/hour (6-hour minimum)

Welcome Bag Assembly
$3 per bag  + Delivery fee based on location


Personal assistant for the bride on wedding day. Helps with dress changes, touch-ups, bustle, veil, snacks, and anything else you need throughout the day.

We’ll neatly assemble your welcome bags using the items you provide — including tying ribbons, adding stickers or tags, and organizing everything with care. Hotel delivery available for an additional fee.

We start with a call with Felicia to learn about your vision, priorities, and planning needs.

- Meet Your Lead Planner
If you’d like to move forward, we’ll arrange a second consultation with one of our planners to ensure it’s a great fit for you both.

- Planning Begins
Your lead planner will guide you through every step - managing timelines, coordinating vendors, and attending meetings with you. Felicia stays CC’d on all major communications and weighs in on key decisions to make sure your wedding always aligns with the bigger vision.

- Design Direction (Full Service Clients)
Felicia personally creates your mood board, mockups, and design plan, ensuring every visual detail feels intentional and cohesive.

- Wedding Day Execution
On the day of, you’ll have your lead planner and a team of assistants running the event from start to finish, with Felicia providing design oversight and quality control - whether in person or virtually.

Yes! All of our packages follow a standard payment schedule (typically split into two or three installments), but we’re happy to offer a custom payment plan upon request. If you'd prefer to break your total into smaller payments, just let us know - as long as the final balance is paid before the wedding, we’re happy to work with you.

From the start, Felicia personally pairs you with a lead planner or coordinator from our team — someone whose personality, communication style, and expertise are the perfect match for your wedding. This planner will be your main point of contact, attending tastings, site visits, and vendor meetings alongside you.

Behind the scenes, Felicia stays closely involved — reviewing plans, weighing in on key decisions, and staying looped into all major communications. On the wedding day, your planner manages the full execution while Felicia may be on-site for design oversight or special moments.

This personalized, team-based approach ensures you get the best of both worlds: a planner who’s with you every step of the way and Felicia’s creative direction guiding the entire experience.
